Said I have no future here, encouraged me to go Shanghai..or anywhere overseas

Have I really depleted into such a sorry state ?
Nothing left to look forward to, nothing that I can't bear to leave behind...?

Should I just move on to a new environment.. leave my past behind..
Start anew... ?
