Goodbye World

I'm heading to this modern communist state known as Shanghai in approximately 3 hours from now. The land where like almost half the internet sites are banned, like facebook, blogger etc. Hell I might not even be able to come on msn.

People tell me how good and cheap the stuff there is. Thing is, I'm quite skeptical about eating the food along the streets cos I never know what sorta shit I am really eating. You won't know how they handled the food .. hygiene etc, ..hell it may even contain melamine. Then there's the stuff. The branded stuff are more expensive than singapore and brandless stuff don't exactly arouse my interest.

Then there's Taiwan, 4 days to be exact. But most of the time I can foresee myself spending time in the country side where my paternal grandparents reside. I haven't seen them for a really long time and last I was told they're not exactly in a healthy state.

So there, I'm only half excited about this trip. Then again, I always feel the same shit before I fly off everytime. Plagued by anxiety, I will miss the people I love, especially my dog.
